Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery
Once we have received your order, we will aim to get it to your selected delivery address within 3-5 working days. When in stock, goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, this will usually be noted on the relevant page of the website. Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the start of the following week. Goods are dispatched via a private courier at the price given at order. We do not deliver outside of the UK. If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give us clear instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Some goods may require a signature.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
To return any products to us, please email returns@gurglebox.co.uk for the relevant form to be emailed to you which must be completed in full and signed, clearly marked whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the item(s) back into the supplied packaging if possible, if not re-package in similar materials, include the form with the package and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
